Welcome to the Fourth District!
District Overview
The 4th district includes Northwest Santa Rosa, Fulton and encompasses all of the Larkfield-Wikiup area. It then runs north including all of the Town of Windsor, the City of Healdsburg, the community of Geyserville and the City of Cloverdale. The district also includes the premium wine grape growing regions of Alexander Valley, Knights Valley, and Dry Creek Valley. The Geysers, Lake Sonoma, and much of the Russian River also reside in the 4th district.

Responsibilities
Supervisor Kelley’s assigned Functional Group of County departments for the year 2009 is General Administrative Services. Supervisor Kelley is the assigned member for the:
- Sonoma County Transportation Authority (and the Executive Committee for SCTA)
- North Coast Rail Authority (NCRA)
- Russian River Watershed Association (RRWA)
- Redwood Empire Association (REA)
- Eel-Russian River Commission
- North Coast Air Pollution Control District
- Public Policy Facilitating Committee (PPFC)
- Sonoma County Indian Gaming Local Community Benefit Committee
Mr. Kelley also serves as the:
- Board liaison to the Water Advisory Committee (WAC)
- Vice-President of the North Coastal Counties Supervisors Association (NCCSA)
- Chairman of Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCO)
