Duties
To provide input and guidance to the Board and the Commission regarding the Russian River Redevelopment Project.
Term
Four years.
Membership Composition
Appointees must fall into one of the following categories (in the proposed Project Area): 1) Business Owners and Business Property Owners 2) Residential Owner-Occupants and Residential Property Owners; 3) Residential Tenants.

Meeting Schedule
Third Thursday of each month; alternating between the Guerneville Veterans' Hall (odd number months) and the Koret Club (even number months).
