Authority

Board of Supervisors: Ordinance No. 1850, adopted 12/02/75.

Duties

Promote equal rights and opportunities that enhance the quality of life for all women and girls and address issues of discrimination and prejudice that negatively affect women in Sonoma County.

Term

Two years.

Membership Composition

Fifteen members, three appointed by each Supervisor.
