Duties
Citizens representative of agricultural, residential, municipal and commercial interests within this Zone to advise on flood control matters.
Term
Coterminous with Director or until such time successor appointed; City appointees serve until changed by City Council.
Membership Composition
Nine members: Five appointed by Directors; one each from cities of: Santa Rosa, Sebastopol, Rohnert Park, Cotati.
